Riverhill Himalayan Gardens  -  Tuesdays 7:30am-8:30am  -  Thursdays 10:30am-11:30am - starting 28th April 2026!

 

£48 for 4 sessions or £14 for 1 session or a trial.

These classes go beyond physical training to offer holistic health benefits, utilising natural elements to boost your sense of calm and well-being. Moving and breathing in the fresh air, we know you will leave feeling refreshed, stronger and more aligned, whatever the weather.
 

 

 

Things to know:


You'll need a mat, which may get a little grubby!
You'll need good trainers with a grippy tread. The woods can get very slippy in wet weather, so appropriate footwear is a must. You may want to wear gloves too. We don't cancel for bad weather just adapt the session if needed for safety reasons.

Natural Variable Resistance (Proprioception): Unlike machines in a gym, outdoor environments offer uneven terrain (sand, hills) and elements like wind. Research shows, this requires the body to engage more stabilizing muscles, enhancing balance, coordination, and agility.

 

Classes are Led by Lauren Dane MA (Hons), MSc, PGDip & FMS and hosted by Samsara Sports at RiverhIll Himalayan Gardens.

We will start with mobility and a postural check in, before moving on to the strength and fitness elements. Finally, we close the sessions with a breathing and mindfulness reflection, absorbing the peace from the space around us.
